Baloubet Baloubet is a young stallion (born 2001), but has already established himself as an exciting athlete. He was the only stallion of his year to be licensed by the Anglo European Studbook and since then placed in a number of young horse classes in Europe. Amongst other things, Winner of the Sunshine Tour 2007 6 year old class.
Bella Baloubet’s sire is the triple World Cup Champion and gold medal Olympian - Baloubet du Rouet, by one of the greatest jumping horses of all time, Galoubet A, who was by one of the four dominating sires of the twentieth century - Almé.
His dam Kapitola is by Landadel, the only stallion to sire World Cup finalists in both jumping and dressage. Landadel is the best son of Landgraf - another of the four great sires of modern times.
His grand-dam is the full sister to Capitol - another of the four top jumping sires as established by examining the international results of 2515 jumping horses by the prestigious French publication, Monneron 2007 - 2008.
Bella Baloubet is campaigned by Amy Graham in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to breed to an athlete who is also a genetic gold mine.
Bella Baloubet will commence his first European season in 2010. Semen will be available chilled or frozen.
